Business Process Tab

The workflow instance details provide information about a specific time a workflow ran.

The Business Process tab shows the steps, statuses, and participants of the business process instance. From the View drop-down menu, select the specific business process information that you want displayed. Each of the following options displays unique details about the business process instance: Steps, Status, or Participants.

To configure columns

1. Right-click the column header and point to Columns in the context menu.

   

   Note: Available columns vary based on the option selected in the View drop-down menu.

2. Select the columns you want to display, and clear the columns you want to hide.

To open the details

If Step or Participants is selected in the View drop-down menu, you can open the Details tab directly to information specific to that step. This will display information specific to that business process step. To do this:

• Right-click the step or participant you want to see more information about. Then, from the context menu, select View Step Details to open the Details tab.
• Alternatively, open the Details tab by double-clicking on the step or participant you want to see more information about.

To export business process instance details

Information contained in the columns of the Business Process tab can be exported as a .csv file. To do this:

1. Right-click the center pane.
2. Select Export from the context menu.
3. From the Save As dialog box, navigate to the location where you want to save the .csv file. Name the file, then click Save.
